The presented project was developed within the framework of the "Prominent West Azerbaijanis: Temple of Science, Education and Culture-Iravan" project implemented by the Silk Road Globalization Support Public Union with the financial support of the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Silk Road Globalization Support Public Union was registered by the Ministry of Justice in 2007. To date, he has implemented about 50 projects.
